Program room, Bolton Public Library

***PLEASE NOTE: Due to a plumbing repair and construction project, the Program Room will not be available for use starting on our about May 1, 2024 and for a time TBD afterward. We will reopen the room as soon as possible.***
The Program Room is available to community groups holding meetings that are open to the public. Community groups may use the room up to 6 times per calendar year. The room can accommodate up to 30 people and has audio/visual equipment that can play DVDs or connect to your device for a presentation through an overhead projector. (Please note that the Library is a PC environment, and that Apple users must bring adapter cords.)
The room has a kitchenette with a Keurig machine and water kettle, as well as chairs and tables that you can configure in whatever setup works best for your group. Setup and cleanup are the responsibility of the meeting's leader. No dishwashing, cooking, refrigeration, or storage space is available.
There is no fee to use the Program Room. Private and/or for-profit functions are not permitted. Meeting start times must occur during the Library's open hours, but end times can be after hours on some days.

Quiet Study Room, Bolton Public Library

Booking Period: Between 30 minutes and 4 hours
The Quiet Study Room is ideal for 1-2 people. It's typically used for tutoring, client meetings, and private conversations or phone calls such as job or college interviews. Because the room is located within the library, it must be used during the library's open hours and cannot be used before or after posted hours.
