Join home baker Sourdough Brandon ( https://sourdoughbrandon.com/) for a deep dive into the wonders of sourdough baked goods.
Brandon grew up surrounded by southern baking, and like many he took up sourdough during the Covid-19 pandemic. He started his website and teaching activity with the belief that anyone can make delicious sourdough breads, rolls, and crackers at home. He writes, "The joy of baking with sourdough is that it is a lifelong learning journey. You don’t need fancy equipment or professional training to make delicious, wholesome baked goods at home."
Come and learn how! This program is best for older kids through seniors.
Registration is not strictly necessary--BUT by registering for the class will get you lots of information, access to in-person Q&A, and best of all: a portion of sourdough starter to take home! (If you prefer not to take starter home, feel free to drop in and learn anyway. Registration is to make sure Brendan brings enough starter for all who want some.)
