Healing Sound Journey with Reiki Master Gina Cranford

Thursday, December 46:30—7:30 PMProgram roomBolton Public Library738 Main St, Bolton, MA, 01740

Join Reiki Master and Sound Healing practitioner Gina Cranford on a healing sound journey. Gina sends Reiki energy from a distance to each participant while they also receive the sound wave energy from Crystal Singing Bowls, drums and her voice. This can be a meditative experience, and many have said that the sound bath is the first time they have been able to get into a meditative state. Each participant will also receive an intuitively chosen affirmation/mantra to take with them.

You will lay comfortably on the floor, so please bring a yoga mat, and any other comfort items of choice (blanket, pillow, bolster, eye pillow, etc). You may also choose a chair or backjack chair (supplied by us) if you are more comfortable in a seated position.

Registration is required for this event! Bolton residents will be given preference for the first 48 hours; after that, anyone can sign up.

This event will start promptly at 6:30 p.m. Please plan to arrive at least 15 minutes early to claim your space, arrange your belongings, and ready yourself for the experience.

***Due to the nature of the event, latecomers will not be accommodated.***
